About the Role:

Nuage Consulting is seeking a driven and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design and implement cutting-edge cloud solutions for our diverse clientele. You'll be a key player in transforming businesses by architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments. This role demands a deep understanding of cloud technologies, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs.

Responsibilities:

• Architect Cloud Solutions: Design and implement robust cloud architectures on major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of client environments, understand their business objectives, and develop tailored cloud migration and implementation plans.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud solutions meet stringent security and compliance requirements, implementing robust security measures.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain IaC templates (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) for automated infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and evaluate their potential impact on client solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful cloud implementations. 
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a solid understanding of the others.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.
• Proficiency in IaC tools and automation techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect) are highly desirable. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
